In 2015-2016, TACTIS INNOVATION SERVICES has supported the Department of the Hautes-Alpes in defining its Territorial Planning of Services and Digital Usage Director (TPSDUD).
This is based on a diagnostic which relies on a documentary review, interviews with key players, themed workshops, a survey of the EPCI of the Department and an online questionnaire to the general public. This diagnostic resulted in:
- About 60 action files for the development of the usages and digital services on the departmental territory,
- An operational roadmap for the implementation of the TPSDUD,
- A digital governance structure adapted to the local context.
On October 21, 2016, the Departmental Council of the Hautes-Alpes adopted this plan and decided on the establishment of a digital partnership that will “approve the governance in a collaborative and participative approach with the territory’s stakeholders”.
